Albores Pastelería

Albores is an upscale pastry brand led by chefs from Le Cordon Bleu based in Madrid.

What we did

The clients came to us to develop this project from scratch which means we began by ideating the naming and voice of the brand. The name Albores means in spanish the first light of day which we believe encompasses the essence of waking up early to bake these exclusive desserts.

We translated this concept into a delicate light and dark branding that plays with the colors of dawn and sunlight. We designed and produced special packaging for their specific products including a line of curated chocolates each with a specific booklet containing information on their making and love for quality ingredients.
